Seems like an interesting possibility giving clubs another reason for those west coast swings.

Victoria eh, too expensive to go there on ferry, even though it's supposedly close. In fact, I think it's cheaper for me to bus to Seattle than to drive and go on a ferry to Victoria.

Victoria would be a good addition. It's a beautiful place much like the rest of Cascadia. Road trips would be fun! It would also balance out the Cascadia Cup. Bring on the Sasquatch, Harbor Seals or whatever they would be called!

I just read an unsubstantiated rumor that Garber at one point mentioned that when MLS reacches 18 American teams, they would explore the possibility of a Canadian MLS. Anyone heard anything about that?
