There has been a lot of talk about the feud between Ranieri and Trezeguet and now rumors are that Juventus will put him up for sale come this summer. Should Juventus sell one of the greatest strikers in the history of the club. Not to mention that player who was loyal with us and stuck by us in Serie A.

There is no secret that Juventus have to sell one of there strikers come this summer. As of now everyone assumed it would be Iaquinta with with his recent form and the trouble with Trezeguet Juventus may now have to think twice.

Its a heart breaking choice but personally I hate to say it but I would sell him.

As an outsider I say sell him, and to be honest I am not sure if he's worth much anymore? Maybe 8 million Euros max?

If he's to retire in 1 or max 2 years, I will keep him... Otherwise I will sell him when he's still good for another club...

I think Iaquinta will be sold in the summer so no, but I do like this idea of a Benzema-Trezeguet swap with Lyon that was spoken of recently. Trez is Trez, he speaks too often from the heart and it has got him into trouble on more than one occasion, but he still remains a club icon.

I imagine Trezeguet to be something of a favourite amonst the Juve fans, afterall he stood with them through the Serie 'B' season, no player is bigger than the club though and if Ranieri is to stay on as Coach then maybe for the sake of the dressing room, Trezeguet should leave if Ranieri stays

Trez exit ever closer

Juventus striker David Trezeguet is edging ever closer to a move away from Turin after accepting compliments from Lyon President Jean-Michel Aulas.

The 31-year-old striker has fallen out with Juventus Coach Claudio Ranieri after he substituted him during the Bianconeri's Champions League tie with Chelsea last week.

Trezeguet told French newspaper L'Equipe he was puzzled and disappointed by Ranieri's decision to replace him with eight minutes remaining and Juventus in need of a goal.

Ranieri later called the former Monaco youngster a “spoilt child” and dropped him from the Juventus squad that beat Bologna on Saturday.

Lyon President Jean-Michel Aulas yesterday expressed his interest in signing Trezeguet through an interview with Turin based newspaper Tuttosport.

Trezeguet responded this morning on his website, writing of his respect for Aulas and his admiration of what he has accomplished at French champions Lyon.

Juventus are reportedly lining up Atalanta striker Sergio Floccari and Udinese forward Fabio Quagliarella as Trezeguet's replacement.

Trezeguet will be a hard act to follow should he leave Juventus. He is the most prolific foreigner goalscorer in the history of the Bianconeri with 131 goals in 222 appearances for the club.
