This happened last month but went under my radar.

Swedish central defender/right back, 16 years old from Djurgarden, captain of Sweden U17. He was on trial at both Juventus, Tottenham and one or two other unconfirmed sides. His mother is Swedish and his father is Nicaraguan, hence the name and look.

It seems that he has joined Juventus, where he will play with the Allievi side for this season.

And yes Ricky, that means he doesn't have a professional contract so Man Utd can poach him before he turns 18 mwah1.gif

He looks delighted as well.

Seems he didn't actually sign when I made this thread, he was set to after a trial but decided not to move then. He is close to joining now (a whole 8 months later), for about €700,000. He says he will go into the youth team (Primavera) but hopes to play in the first team as soon as possible.

happy to be at Juve?

BTW this lad has signed, according to the Swedish press.

- he chose us in favour of Inter, Spurs and a few others as he was impressed most here
- he doesn't think there will be any language problems as he speaks Spanish
- he will play with the Primavera team next season

Generally pretty happy and relaxed about the move, hopefully we can bring him on for the next two or three years so he becomes a player who can make the grade.
