This lad has looked really good in the Primavera side, I think he is ready for some Serie A football next season, perhaps with one of the newly promoted sides like Bari.

He scored a penalty for Spain U19 yesterday, played pretty well before Bojan came on for him.

He still gets called Yago in Italy.
Very impressive game against Milan earlier, he really took their defenders for a ride at times and they were even doubling up on him, but as I said in the other thread, the real games are much more of a test. He has undoubtedly great skill but the tactical and mental side of the game are the challenge for him. Having said that, with Diego unfit and Seba Giovinco injured, he should make the first team squad for the trequartista or vice-Camoranesi position. Cutting in from the right on his left foot he is at his most dangerous, but can dribble through the middle and pick passes also.

According to La Stampa, Yago is going to join Bari on a seasons loan....................along with Sergio Almiron!
I think we could have used him as a backup this year, but if he gets 20 Serie A games under his belt this will be better for him and I think he can do well in Bari.
As for Almiron, he is currently injured but they will apparently take him as well. Juve just need to get rid of this guy now, a loan is not ideal and I bet they are not even covering his wages.

Juve's Iago heading for Bari Juventus are ready to loan former Barcelona talent Iago Falquè to Bari so he can acclimatise to his first Serie A season.
The 19-year-old has been nicknamed the ‘new Cesc Fabregas’ and was poached from the Blaugrana youth squad.
Iago has impressed so far in summer friendlies for Juve, especially in Friday’s Trofeo TIM, but cannot be guaranteed much space in the squad.
Therefore Ciro Ferrara has opted to loan him out to newly-promoted Bari for one season so that he can acclimatise.
The Stadio San Nicola side has also taken in Ajax youngster Javier Martina on trial for the next week to see if the 22-year-old wide man is worth keeping.
Meanwhile, Simone Cavalli looks set to join Serie B team Mantova on loan.

He has come back from his pathetic loan at Bari where he ended up in their Primavera team. He goes into ours for the time being, but should be around the first team squad because he plays in a position we are short of - creative midfield. I think he is worth a run in the next few games.

Yeah lol, it would help if the coach actually liked him first haha. I guess he can't change a side that has done so well thus far, Iago is better back with us for now.

He hasn't even been called up for the ritiro at Pinzolo, when most of our other kids have been, looks like he may be on his way out without even having a chance. Shame, because the lad has skill and would be good in the right team.

Joined Villarreal B on loan, with an option to buy. He's better off back in Spain, I'm sure someone will want him as he has skill, we took the piss out of him here really.

Spurs just bought him outright for an 'undisclosed fee', and he has immediately been loaned to Southampton.
So he is no longer our player.
Skillful player, but probably not well suited to Italian football or our current style.
