Queens Park Rangers sign Adel Taarabt from Tottenham

QPR have signed Moroccan international midfielder Adel Taarabt from Tottenham for an undisclosed fee.

The 21-year old scored seven goals last season whilst on loan at Loftus Road and has now agreed a three-year deal.

QPR boss Neil Warnock told the club's website: "We're delighted to have him on board and he gives us that little bit of quality you need for promotion.

"He has got unique talent and his target is to play at the top level, and I'm hoping we can achieve that."

Great to get him permanently, he's a bit of a wild card but he's still a very talented player, especially at this level.

Deal didn't look on when Spurs quoted us £4.5mil for him (lol), and he said Real Madrid were interested (LOL), and that he didn't want a loan.

But in the end we've got him for what looks like £600k rising to £1mil, which is a massive bargain

I am sure he'll be on a good wage though - but still worth it i think
