So who will it be?

ill have to go with the pack... assuming aaron rodgers has a decent night.

on a side note I have to give out a big LOL to my teacher who when we asked who he liked after the first round of the playoffs he said "well, I did like the saints but I can't really like them now" and then asked again today he is officially a steelers fan... apparently he has never heard of the term bandwagon! haha
M. Piedlourde
I'm going with close game. It will run down to the 4th quarter like when NY defeated the mighty Patriots.

I hope so... I hate both teams and will be pissed either way... so a close game would be nice with the pack taking it so steelers wont have another super bowl...

I think Thor will pick the Steelers.

The question is who is going to win? I don't want to say it... but Steelers have to be favourite. I want packers too though.
Funki
So Jay and yax voted for They-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named. Who is the third?

I had to. If it was who I wanted to vote for it would be different. You don't think Steelers are favourites?

Corrected onethumbup.gif

and yes I do believe they are, it's quite obvious they aren't a real team.
Funki
Being a favourite and winning it are two different things, aren't they? The Pats were favourites. They'll be watching it on TV like the rest of us.

Without any stoppages how long would a game be ?

4 15 minute quarters.... = 60 minutes.

But an average game takes around 3 hours. Superbowl usually nearer 4.

I voted for Thor, otherwise I would've voted for the Packers.

And yes, Green Bay would be considered the underdog for those wondering.

As long as you don't have work the morning after it's well worth getting some beers in, even better if you can find a mate also mad enough to sit and watch a sport they don't 100% understand for 4 hours once a year icon_mrgreen.gif The whole show is worth it.

They have won more super bowls than any other team.

I want the Packers to win, but my gut is telling me Steelers will... it should be a close game... could go either way.

Perhaps not the half-time show. It's the Black Eye Peas this year.

Lucky for the ladies of Dallas that the weather wasn't that good today. They were more likely to stay at home so that they weren't raped by Rapistberger. Safe to say that I'll be cheering for the Packers. Rodgers has carried my fantasy football team for 2 years straight.

If I hear the word redemption associated with this sorry excuse for a human being one more time, I'm going to throw up. And those pundits who keep saying 'He made a mistake.' I wonder if they dared saying that in the presence of their wives/mothers/grandmothers/sisters/daughters.

I was listening to Prisco talk with Lavar on Lavar Arrington's show last night, and he said it pretty well. Roethlisberger didn't have an epithany after crashing his motorcycle, like most people would. No, he had it after he got burned for raping a drunk co-ed in a dirty bathroom, and lost all credibility. No one buys that he has changed. Being engaged changes nothing. He's still a meathead and a rapist.

I'll say Roethlisberger redeemed himself when he rapes the everliving shit out of Sydney Crosby.
Thorisgodpoo
I wanted to throw my TV out the window when I saw the quote on ESPN "I want to be a role model". That nearly set me off.

Wait. What? He's engaged? This girl needs her head examined.

Keyshawn Johnson (I think it was him) said that he was saying the right words (probably coached by the team's PR people) but doesn't quite believe that he means them.

Not a whole lot seem to have the guts to say publicly that he's full of sh*t. The team's winning so obviously he's forgivable. rolleyes.gif

I remember seeing it on the bottom line when they were talking about how worthless he was, it was turrible.

I wish J.R. Ewing was still around. We could hire him to have the thing killed or something. Cordell Walker would probably not bother to investigate.

Steelers will win their 7th Superbowl and Numitor Italus will never lets us forget how the Browns who have won 0 are much better and more deserving of the title

If you're playing that stupid card, Cleveland has won more Championships than Pittsburgh has with 8, 4 in the NFL and 4 in the AAFC. So please say that again google.

I meant Superbowls, Superbowls, not NFL titles, AAFC titles, despite them being of significance

Superbowls and NFL/AAFC titles are the same thing, it's called winning. But if you want to be a turd that's up to you.
